The Results are in!! (Week #1)

After a very careful week and following every step of the Jenny Craig program I have lost 5.4 pounds! WOO HOO! I'm officially in the 180s and hopefully will be out of there soon quicker then it took to get out of the 190s. ( YEA, TWO YEARS IS A LONG TIME! )

So what are some things that I learned this week while on this very strict program? I learned that I can avoid food without feeling "left out" of social situations. I learned that my kids' food can stay where it's at if they're finished, it doesn't HAVE to go in my mouth! I've also learned that eating 6 small meals a day ROCKS and the feeling of my tummy about to burst after eating was an indicator my portion size was actually for an elephant and not a human being. I'm really looking forward to seeing some more pounds going down!

What do you think?? Should I do a picture every week? I think so! I'm going to get on top of that right now. But because my computer is so s l o w it will probably be up in time for me to put the next weeks picture on the site! Just don't hold your breath!
